Specializing in corporate housing, accommodating those relocating and travelers that love Las Vegas, Emerald Suites Hotel is conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip four miles south of Mandalay Bay and six miles from McCarran International Airport. On-site amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, lagoon-style pool, whirlpool, outdoor sundeck, and laundry facilities. Emerald Suites is bringing new features to the extended stay market in Las Vegas, such as high-speed Internet access, a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and cozy beds in every suite. Other in-room amenities include air conditioning, alarm clock radio, cable TV with premium channels, and pay-per-view movies, telephone with voicemail and free local calls, and an iron/ironing board. Emerald Suites is offering a one-bedroom suite with two double beds, as well as the regular one-bedroom suite with one bed. There are NO pull-out couches available.

Pass the Belz Outlet Mall and continue approximately one mile to Emerald Suites, which is located on the West side of the street.

Cancellation Policy
 
Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A $25 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit of $125 is required at time of check in for telephone and other incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
