Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $70. Reservations cancelled 3-14 days prior to arrival will be assesed a charge of $25 plus the cost of 50% of the entire stay, including tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. A $25 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed. No changes are allowed 3 days or less prior to arrival date. A valid credit card number is required prior to checking in for telephone or other incidental charges that may be incurred. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. |
