Cancellation Policy
 
Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25. 
Reservations cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of two night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. 
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed. 
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

A credit card imprint or $100 cash deposit is required at time of check in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
