This sophisticated, Las Vegas-style resort is located on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip and features a two-tier swimming pool with a waterfall. The Grandview at Las Vegas offers guests a variety of amenities, including a fitness room with cardio equipment, universal machines and stretching area, a barbeque and picnic area, snack bar, and game room. The business traveler will appreciate the conveniences of an on-site business center and wireless Internet access in public areas. The spacious, fully equipped one-bedroom suites are professionally decorated in a desert sunset motif. The kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. Each unit features a fully appointed kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, range, coffeemaker, toaster, icemaker, full-size refrigerator, and microwave oven. Cancellation Policy
 
Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit of 150 USD is required at time of check-in for telephone or any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
