Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 70 USD. Reservations cancelled between 72 hours and 15 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 70 USD plus 50% of the cost of the entire stay plus tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival are non- refundable. A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed. A credit card imprint is required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs. **Guests must contact the customer care center at 800-627-7019 immediately once reservation is confirmed to receive the property phone number to call for check-in instructions, lockbox instructions and driving directions.** An additional 25 USD fee will be collected from guests at time of check-in. |
